On July 3rd, 2011 Napkin and I got engaged. We have been dating for six years… but marriage was never something that I saw as right around the bend. We have always traveled well together and we snuck away to his grandparents’ charming beach cottage in NC for a weekend. On the last night, Napkin took me to the point of the island and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him.

This blog is dedicated to the trip we’re about to take into matrimony as well as my life. I have an awesome job, I’ve been vegetarian for 13 years, I have an obsession with my slow cooker and happen to love a good pair of shoes. If you found this blog it was probably by accident…
