For the last two days, I have been fighting off the worst migraines ever. I have only recently started getting them (stress much?) and this one has been debilitating. Like, I tried to leave my house three times but couldn’t do it because my headache was making me nauseous. Like, I spent the majority of my day in a dark, silent room.
It was that bad.
But I tell you this for a reason!
I got a phone call from my very sweet seamstress (Darlene Morgan at Bridal Mart in NC) letting me know that my dress is officially ready. Altered to my body; my own, unique dress. When what she was saying finally sank in I literally jumped up and down and danced like this for a minute:
Headache be damned.
Sissy was out of town and she came back yesterday. My mom came into town as well so that they will both be there for the big reveal. We made an appointment to pick it up and try it on. I’m really hoping that there will be a little of this:
